Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 10 working days. Bespoke pieces will take longer. If you need your order sooner or for a certain date, please give us a call to check if this can be arranged.
The day before your parcel is due to be delivered you will receive a Dispatch Notification via email. If you need to trace your parcel then please don't hesitate to contact us for your tracking number.
All UK orders are subject to a delivery charge of £6 and will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is normally a next day service.
Orders outside of the UK are subject to a delivery charge of £12. Pieces are sent via Royal Mail Air Sure and usually take 3 to 5 working days.
Royal Mail Special Delivery and Royal Mail Airsure will both require a signature upon delivery.
