Delivery
All of our silver jewellery and gold plated silver jewellery is available for FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
Orders outside of the UK are also available for FREE DELIVERY but will usually take 3 to 5 working days.
Jewellery from our Precious and Flight of Fancy collection can take up to 10 working days.
Orders sent on Friday will NOT be guaranteed for Saturday. If you require your delivery on Saturday please choose the Saturday Delivery option on the Shopping Bag page.
Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be sent out on the following Monday.
Royal Mail Special Delivery and Royal Mail Airsure will both require a signature upon delivery.
The day before your parcel is due to be delivered you will receive a Dispatch Notification via email. If you need to trace your parcel then please don't hesitate to contact us for your tracking number.
If you need your order sooner or for a certain date, please give us a call to check if this can be arranged.
If you would like to collect your order from our central London meeting room or our Worthing Studio then please contact us to arrange a collection time.
