Postage and Delivery

• We aim to dispatch all orders for Collections items within 10 working days of your order. 
• All UK orders are subject to a delivery charge of £6 and will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
• Orders outside of the UK are subject to a delivery charge of £10. Pieces are sent via Royal Mail Air Sure and a signature will be required upon arrival.
• If you spend £100 GBP or over your postage will be free.
     

Warranty and Returns

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us, undamaged, within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price (not including postage).   
• We are not liable for any postage costs incurred by you when returning unsuitable items to us.
• In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, please return is to us within 28 days from receipt, for replacement or repair as appropriate.
• Any postage costs incurred by you in returning faulty items to us will also be refunded.
