What happens if I am not happy with my purchase?
Should you wish to return an item, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will happily refund your payment. Please view our Returns Policy for more information.
Are you using diamonds from a traceable source?
Yes, all our diamonds are from traceable sources. To read more about the Kimberley Process, click here
We also try our best to source all other gem stones from conflict free countries. All Rubies used in our Collection jewellery are imported from Thailand (rather than Burma or Madagascar)
I cannot find the piece of jewellery I saw a little while ago.
Please call or email us to describe the piece you are looking for and we will let you know if we still have it in stock or can remake it for you.
How long will I have to wait for a special order?
That depends on the type of jewellery you would like us to make for you. You can contact us by phone or email and arrange a consultation. Once we have agreed on a design and price we will let you know when your piece will be ready. Generally it should not be longer than 3 weeks.
What if the jewellery I ordered does not fit?
We are happy to adjust certain pieces of jewellery once purchased. Please call or email us with your request and we will endeavour to help you. Please be aware certain pieces cannot be adjusted.
You can also make a special request before purchasing on line. Please email us and we will let you know if the piece you would like to order can be sized and if there might be an additional charge or additional delivery times associated with your request.
Will my item be boxed?
Yes, each piece of jewellery will be delivered in its own gift box.
How do I buy Gift Vouchers?
Gift Vouchers are purchased in the same way you would buy a piece of jewellery.
Just choose the denomination(s) of Gift Voucher you would like. You may choose to buy more than one of a certain denomination. e.g. you may wish to purchase £60 in Gift Vouchers, by purchasing 2 x £30.

Are all items pictured on your website actual size?
No, it is impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet because computer monitors vary in size. We endeavour to describe each piece in great detail, including all measurements.
Do you charge VAT?
No, Jana Reinhardt Jewelllery is a Sole Trader and therefore not VAT registered.
Can I order from overseas?

Do you make jewellery for men?
Yes, we can do. We only have the Fat Ladies cufflinks within our Collections, but can make any piece you desire.
