A striking handmade poppy ring, created in Sussex by our team of award-winning goldsmiths. As well as being the birth month flowers for August, poppies are believed to represent sleep and peace, making this ring a great gift for anyone that you think needs to slow down and take things a little bit easier - that’ll be most of us then!
Our poppy jewellery can be made in all sorts of precious metals, you can choose between: sterling silver, solid 9ct yellow gold, 9ct rose gold, 9ct white gold, 18ct yellow gold, 18ct rose gold, 18ct white gold, or platinum.
One of our goldsmiths is a stone setting expert, so we also offer the option of having your poppy jewellery inlaid with your favourite gem. August’s birthstone is the peridot, but the obvious choice would be a shining red ruby to make this poppy ring really, well, pop.
Poppy flowers are especially significant in November, when we see people everywhere wearing them as a symbol of remembrance for those that fought and helped in the world wars. If you know someone this means a lot to, this ring could also make a really special poppy gift. Just make sure they donate to the British legion and buy themselves a paper version each year to wear alongside their lovely poppy handmade jewellery.

Because protecting our environment is important to us, we no longer offer gold plating. This process requires the use of many toxic chemicals. Instead, and where possible, we are using 100% recycled solid gold and silver. Better for us, better for the planet!
