He had bought a few pieces from some of our older silver jewellery collections, the Bellflower and Hortensia ranges, and wanted an engagement ring in the same style. \u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv style=\"text-align: center;\"\u003eBeing abroad, it was tricky for him to come into the studio so we worked on the design together mostly over email but with the occasional Skype chat thrown in for good measure. Eventually, we agreed on an engagement ring design which used six of our tiny Hortensia flowers to make up the ring's diamond set shoulders. Each flower is grain set with a small 0.05ct diamond to complement the main, 0.5ct G colour, brilliant-cut central diamond.
