I had seen a design on their excellent website that I liked, but I wanted it personalised according to a theme I had in mind. I live half way around the world from London, in Fiji, so it all had to be done by email. Ross was incredibly helpful and creatively wise. He came up with a range of suggestions and advice to meet my specifications, including the brilliant incorporation of a hidden floral design. And he went to great lengths to source a particular type of sapphire, in line with my budget. He sent me regular updates, sketches and photos until the ring was ready. He then helped me to get the ring dispatched to Fiji, which involved several frustrating phone conversations with various shipping companies.
