Delivery

Silver UK Orders:

  • FREE 6 Working Days Delivery (signature required)
  • Guaranteed Three Working Days Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery - £6.95
  • Guaranteed Next Day Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery - £25
  • Guaranteed Next Day Before 9am Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Not available for Saturday Delivery) - £45

Next day delivery is only available on orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will go out the following day.

 

Silver orders Europe:

  • FREE International Shipping via FedEx/DHL - Up To 7 Working Days
  • 3 Working Day Express Delivery (Estimated) - FedEx Priority £59

Silver orders United States & Rest of the World:

  • FREE (up to) 15 Working Day Delivery - Royal Mail International
  • International Shipping via FedEx/DHL - Up To 7 Working Days £35
  • 3 Working Day Express Delivery (Estimated) - FedEx Priority £59

 

The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery.

Solid gold and platinum pieces take us a little longer to make. Please allow 14 to 21 working days for your order to arrive. Do contact us if you need your order sooner and we'll see what we can do. If need be, we can arrange for hallmarking to be done at a later date which can speed up the process.

Delivery to France

Shipments of gold jewellery weighing more than 3g to France by law require a French broker to handle customs clearance. This means that when your shipment arrives in France, FedEx will get in contact with you to appoint a French customs broker to complete the process. Please note that this broker will be at your expense.

 

Orders sent on Friday will NOT be guaranteed for Saturday unless Saturday Delivery is selected from shipping options.

Orders placed Friday (after 1pm) to Sunday will be sent out on the following Monday if you have chosen Next Day Delivery.

All items will require a signature upon delivery.

The day your order is being sent out, you will receive a Dispatch Notification via email. If you need to trace your parcel then please use the tracking number provided by us on Royal Mail's Track and Trace website:
