We strive to make all of our jewellery to the best quality we possibly can. But, for your peace of mind we offer a 5-Year Guarantee that covers any damage that occurs as a result of poor craftsmanship. If your jewellery is out of guarantee or if you or a loved one have caused the damage by accident, then we offer a lifetime repair service which will get your jewellery looking as good as new for a small fee.

Things your guarantee covers
Any damage (broken chains, missing stones, broken fastenings etc) which has occurred through no fault of your own. Your guarantee also entitles you to one free ring re-size. However, if the re-size requires an engraving to be re-done, then this engraving will be chargeable at the original cost.

Things your guarantee does not cover
Any damage (broken chains, missing stones, broken fastenings etc) that has occurred after 5 years since purchase or which has occurred as a result of something you have been responsible for.

UNDER WARRANTY?

If your jewellery was purchased from us less than 5 years ago and the damage to your jewellery is through no fault of your own, we will repair it free of charge and return your postage costs. Please wait to hear back from us to see whether your repair meets these criteria.

GET A PRICE

If your jewellery is out of warranty or if the repair is not covered by our 5 year guarantee then we will contact you to let you know what the charge will be. We always aim to keep the fee as low as is economically possible.

SEND US YOUR JEWELLERY

Once we've agreed on the details of the repair and whether a repair fee will be charged, you can send back your jewellery, securely packaged using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Our address is:

If there is anything we need to let you know about when we carry out your repair, then we will contact you to keep you in the loop.

PAYMENT & RETURN

Once your jewellery is back to it's best, we will contact you for payment (if applicable) and to confirm the best return address. We will send you tracking details via email and then your jewellery will be returned to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
