Next day delivery is only available on orders placed before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will go out the following day.

Solid gold and platinum pieces take us a little longer to make. Please allow up to 18 working days for your order to arrive. Do contact us if you need your solid gold order sooner and we'll see what we can do.
Orders sent on Friday will NOT be guaranteed for Saturday unless you choose the Saturday Delivery option at checkout.
Orders placed Friday (after 1pm) to Sunday will be sent out on the following Monday.
All items will require a signature upon delivery.
The day your order is being sent out, you will receive a Dispatch Notification via email. If you need to trace your parcel then please use the tracking number provided by us on Royal Mail's Track and Trace website:

Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days. You may return the jewellery in its original condition for a full refund within 28 days from receipt of your order.
All products to be returned must be in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. Please email us before returning any jewellery so we know to look out for your parcel. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of wear.
We are not liable for any postage costs incurred by you when returning unsuitable items to us and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid within 7 days of receipt of the return.
Engraved Or Customised Jewellery?
Please note that engraved jewellery or jewellery customised with gemstones is non-returnable and that re-sizing an engraved or gold plated ring may incur re-engraving costs.
Faulty jewellery?
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, please contact us and then return the piece to us for replacement or repair as appropriate. Any postage costs incurred by you in returning faulty items to us will of course be refunded to you.
Discounted and commissioned pieces?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for discounted pieces or commissioned pieces, unless the item is faulty.
Wrong ring size?
When ordering rings, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. However, should your ring not be a perfect fit, please contact us and we'll either re-size or swap it for you!

What happens if I'm not happy with my jewellery?
Should you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will happily refund your payment. Please view our Returns Policy for more information. Bespoke items are non-refundable.
Are you using diamonds from a traceable source?
Yes, all our diamonds are from traceable sources. To read more about the Kimberley Process, click here. We also try our best to source all other gem stones from conflict free countries. Click here for more information on ethical materials
I cannot find the piece of jewellery I saw a little while ago.
Please call or email us to describe the piece you are looking for and we will let you know if we still have it in stock or can remake it for you.
How long will I have to wait for a special order?
That depends on the type of jewellery you would like us to make for you. You can contact us by phone or email and arrange a consultation. Once we have agreed on a design and price we will let you know when your piece will be ready. Generally it should not be longer than 3 weeks.
What if the jewellery I ordered does not fit?
We are happy to adjust certain pieces of jewellery once purchased. Please call or email us with your request and we will endeavour to help you. Please be aware certain pieces cannot be adjusted.
You can also make a special request before purchasing on line. Please contact us and we will let you know if the piece you would like to order can be sized and if there might be an additional charge or additional delivery times associated with your request.
Will my item be boxed?
Yes, each piece of jewellery will be delivered in its own gift box. You can also choose to have your jewellery gift wrapped and tied with a satin ribbon.
How do I buy Gift Vouchers?
To order a gift voucher, please give us a call on +44 (0)203 1765544. We will take your payment over the phone (whichever amount you would like your gift voucher to be for). Your voucher will then be posted to you the next day, free of charge. If it is super urgend, we will email you the voucher the same day for you to print out at home.
Are all items pictured on your website actual size?
No, it is impossible to show an actual size image on the Internet because computer monitors vary in size. We endeavour to describe each piece in great detail, including all measurements. Please take a look at the jewellery photographed on a bust or hand to get an idea about the size.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes, all prices shown on our website include VAT.
Can I order from overseas?
Yes, either place your order online or call us on +44 (0)20 7998 4733 or +44 (0)7811 207050. We use current exchange rates. We offer free worldwide delivery.
I need help buying an engagement ring?
Please call or email us and we can discuss your requirements and help you find or design the perfect ring. You'll find more information about our bespoke service here.
Do you make jewellery for men?
Yes, we can do. We don't have men's jewellery within our collections, but can make any piece you desire.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Within the UK we offer a next day delivery service (you would need to place your order before 1pm), which you can choose at checkout. All other orders will arrive within 3-5 working days. Overseas orders usually take 3-5 working days from the day they have been posted. You will receive an automated email with a Royal Mail tracking number when your order is being posted off to you.
