One of the charms in the 'Reconnect' collection, this delightful toadstool necklace is intended to draw attention to these miraculous mushrooms and how important they are to our world. Often overlooked, funghi have a vast underground network (mycelium), which sequesters and stores carbon and sustains life on earth by extending the plants’ root system a thousand-fold, and giving the plants access to water and nutrients. They also enrich the soil and boost plants' health and survival.

You can wear this funghi necklace to shout from the rooftops how amazing 'shrooms are and how much we need them. Humans are destroying the planet’s fungal networks through farming and forestry and it has to stop!
